This membership does not have any blackout dates. If the spa is open, your membership will be honored when an appointment is available.

Can a friend or family member use my accrued benefits?

No, the prepaid benefits can only be used by the individual who enrolled in the membership. However, family members and friends can visit with the member and receive 10% off one service or retail product.

Currently, your membership can only be used at the location where it was purchased.

No. You can receive treatments as often as you like, there are no visit limitations. After you use your accrued benefit, you can receive additional services at any time, and use your special member pricing on additional services Monday through Thursday, or on retail products any day of the week.

If you miss a payment, services will not accrue during that time, and other member benefits will be suspended- however, you can use your accrued services.
