To begin your spa experience feeling calm and relaxed, we recommend arriving 15–30 minutes prior to your scheduled appointment. First-time guests , please arrive 30 minutes early to allow time to complete the guest profile. Please note that parking at Woodbury Lakes can be busy during peak hours; please allow extra time for parking. A full parking lot is conveniently located directly behind the spa. Upon arrival, you will be provided with a spa robe, slippers, a private locker, and complimentary beverages for your comfort before and between services. Late arrivals may result in shortened service time to respect other guests’ schedules, and services will conclude at the originally scheduled time with the full service price applied. Please inform our team in advance of any medical conditions, allergies, sensitivities, pregnancy, or medications so accommodations can be made. We recommend leaving valuables at home, as Woodhouse Spa is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged items.
Payments are accepted via cash, most major credit cards, and Woodhouse Spa gift cards. Gift cards hold a stored value redeemable for products and services at face value but may not be used to purchase other gift cards. The card must be presented at purchase, and the available balance will be applied. Prices vary by location and may change without notice. Each spa is an independently owned franchise and is solely responsible for gift card liabilities at its location. Gift card redemption is subject to location- or state-specific restrictions and expirations. Gift cards are non-refundable, not redeemable for cash, non-transferable, and any unused balance will remain on the card. Woodhouse is not responsible for lost, stolen, damaged, or unauthorized use of gift cards, and no warranties apply. Service series are non-refundable but may be converted to spa credit. Gratuities are not included and are at the guest’s discretion.
Appointments may be booked online or by calling us at (651) 409‑9777. Guests visiting Woodbury Lakes are welcome to stop by in person—Woodhouse Spa Woodbury is conveniently located next to Soma and across from CRAVE in the heart of this outdoor shopping and dining destination. To secure your preferred appointment time, we recommend booking as far in advance as possible or at the conclusion of your visit. A credit card is required to hold all reservations, including those made with gift cards. Guests who are pregnant must be at least 13 weeks along to receive massage services. Minimum age requirements apply: nail services are available for guests ages 10 and up, skincare services for ages 16 and up, and massage services for ages 18 and up. All services are subject to availability, pricing may change without notice, and Woodhouse Spa reserves the right to refuse service.
We welcome guests aged 10 and older in our nail studio. Facial services are designed for guests 16 and older, and massage services are reserved for those 18 and older. All guests under the age of 18 must have a parental consent form on file before nail or facial services can be provided. Massage services will not be performed on anyone under 18. For the safety and comfort of all guests, those who are pregnant must be a minimum of 13 weeks along to receive massage services. If you are feeling unwell or experiencing any symptoms of illness, we kindly ask that you call us as soon as possible to reschedule your appointment. We appreciate your consideration in helping us maintain a healthy environment for guests and staff. To ensure a peaceful and relaxing spa experience, we also ask that only guests receiving services accompany you to the spa.
As a courtesy, if you have provided an email address or phone number, you will receive a confirmation of your reservation prior to your visit. Should you need to cancel or reschedule, we kindly request a minimum of 24 hours’ notice for individual services. For spa packages or multiple guests or multiple services lasting more than two hours, we require a minimum of 48 hours’ notice. Cancellations or changes made with insufficient notice may be subject to charges up to the full value of the scheduled services. All no-show reservations will be assessed the full service value. Spa Parties are subject to the terms outlined in the group agreement regarding cancellations and changes.
In keeping with The Woodhouse Vision, purity and quality are at the heart of every skin and body care product we offer. If you are not fully satisfied with a skin or body care product, we are happy to offer an exchange or spa credit for the full value of the product when returned within 30 days of purchase. For all other retail items, a refund or spa credit will be issued if the item is returned in its original condition within 30 days of purchase. Refunds will be made to the original form of payment or as spa credit at your preference.
