Yes, we can adjust the services if requested. This may result in either less or more services, depending on the price of the replacement service.

Yes, the services can be combined into the same day/month/etc.

Yes, we can deliver within 25 miles of the spa. Your VIP concierge will work directly with you for details on delivery.

Can the services be transferred to multiple people or be refunded?

No, the services are non-transferrable and for the recipient only. The VIP package never expires.

We have a dedicated Spa Specialist who can reach out to schedule all your services, which can be redeemed at the Woodhouse Spa - Buffalo location only.

We track everything under the recipient's name in our software system and can export information to share directly with the guest upon request.
