View Open PositionsTo ensure your preferred appointment time, we recommend scheduling your spa experience as far in advance as possible or at the conclusion of your last visit. A credit card is required to secure all reservations, including appointments using a gift card. All spa experiences are subject to availability, and menu services and pricing are subject to change without notice. We accept Visa, Mastercard, Discover and American Express. We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone.
Guests must be at least 13 years old to receive services at Woodhouse Spa. To ensure a serene atmosphere for all our guests, we kindly ask that only those receiving services or accompanying a minor enter the spa. Guests under the age of 18 may receive services only with written consent from a parent or legal guardian and must be paired with a therapist of the same sex. A parent or legal guardian must remain in the treatment room for the duration of the service. For facial services, minors may receive their treatment without a parent or legal guardian in the room with parental consent, provided the treatment room door remains open. Guests must be at least 16 years old to receive a bikini wax and must have a parent or legal guardian present in the treatment room. Guests under the age of 18 may not receive a Brazilian wax. Woodhouse Spa reserves the right to limit or prohibit certain services for minor guests.
As a courtesy, you will receive a confirmation of your reservation prior to your arrival. If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, we require at least 24 hours’ notice. Spa packages and multiple treatments lasting more than two hours require at least 48 hours’ notice. Cancellations or changes made without the required notice may be subject to a charge of up to the full value of the scheduled services. No-show reservations will be charged the full value of the scheduled services. Spa Parties are subject to the cancellation terms outlined in the party agreement.
To begin your spa journey in a relaxed state, we ask that you arrive 15 minutes prior to your scheduled appointment. New guests should arrive 30 minutes early to allow time to complete their guest profile. Spa robes, slippers, private lockers, and beverages are provided for your comfort. A delayed arrival may limit the time available for your experience. In consideration of other spa guests, service times cannot be extended for late arrivals, and the full price of the scheduled service will still apply. Please notify our staff prior to your service of any physical or medical needs or conditions that may need to be considered, including pregnancy, food or product sensitivities, or medications. We recommend leaving valuable items at home, as Woodhouse Spa is not responsible for lost or stolen belongings.

CND Shellac Gel Polish: A long-lasting gel polish with a high-shine finish. Please note that gel polish is available for manicures only and is not offered for pedicures. Dazzle Dry: A high-performance nail lacquer system that dries completely in just five minutes without the use of UV or LED lights. Dazzle Dry provides long-lasting wear and can be easily removed with regular nail polish remover. Please note: We are unable to remove SNS/dip powder or acrylic nails at this time. We apologize for any inconvenience and appreciate your understanding.

Gift Cards: Gift cards may be redeemed for products and services at face value but may not be used to purchase other gift cards.
