View Open PositionsPrenatal massage services are available beginning in the second trimester (13 weeks). Pregnant guests may receive facial services at any stage of pregnancy, but this may result in the elimination of specific products if contraindicated with pregnancy. Body Treatments and bath services are not available at any stage. For recent surgeries and medical procedures, we require a minimum post-procedure time of 6 weeks. Completion of an intake form prior to your visit is required to review for potential contraindications within your scheduled spa treatment.
To ensure your preferred appointment time, it is recommended you schedule your spa experience with as much advance notice as possible or at the conclusion of your last experience. Our professional staff allocates time especially for each guest, therefore, a credit card is required to reserve all appointments, including those using gift cards. All spa experiences are subject to availability. Menu service and prices are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone. We accept Visa, Mastercard, Discover and American Express.
If you are a New Guest to our location, we request that you arrive 30 minutes prior to your scheduled reservation time so that you have ample time to get checked in, changed into your spa robe and sandals and fill out any first time paperwork.If you are a Returning Guest to our location, we request that you arrive 15 minutes prior to your scheduled reservation time so that you have time to check in, change into your spa robe and sandals and have some time to relax prior to your service.
All cancellations or reservation changes must follow the guidelines below. Failure to comply with the cancellation policy will result in a 50% charge of all scheduled services to the credit card on file. Appointments with one service require 24 hours’ notice, two services require 48 hours’ notice, three services require 72 hours’ notice, and four services require 96 hours’ notice prior to the first scheduled service time. Same‑day cancellations will result in a 50% charge, and no‑show appointments will be charged at 100% of the service value. Spa parties are subject to the terms outlined in their specific agreement. If you are the primary contact for multiple guests and book on their behalf, you are responsible for all cancellations and charges unless each guest provides their own credit card directly to the spa. We recommend each guest have an individual card attached to their profile.
All sales are final. No refunds or exchanges.
We accept guests of all ages, however, some services may require parental release before the services can be rendered. So that all guests may experience a pleasant and peaceful environment, we ask that only those receiving services accompany you to the spa.
Colleen and Walt, wife and husband, love to travel both domestically and internationally. "Whenever we need to travel whether it be for sports, business or leisure, we especially try to make sure that there is a spa on premises at the hotel or close-by for us to experience during our stay" says Walt. "As avid spa guests at various spas, you realize what your likes and dislikes are in each," Colleen and Walt share. "I have always wanted to open a day spa that takes all of the likes from our experiences and have a place where guests can visit, relax, rejuvenate, take time for themselves, enjoy and be in a stress-free zone" says Colleen. Walter and Colleen reside in Haymarket, Virginia about 10 minutes from their Gainesville Woodhouse location. Walt has one daughter, Allison, and Colleen has two sons, Daniel and Gregory. Their family also includes their two Boxers, Buddy and Buster and their Bernese Mountain Dog, Bear.
