View Open PositionsBefore booking, please note a few important guidelines: we require at least two weeks between Botox or filler and your service, and a minimum of six weeks following any surgery. We're unable to perform treatments over open wounds, cuts, or abrasions. Pregnancy and HydraFacial, Vichy Services and select add ons each have their own separate set of contraindications, please see those sections for full details. If you have any questions about how these guidelines apply to you, feel free to reach out to the front desk before booking.
In the event you are not satisfied with a skin or body care product, you will be given spa credit if the product is returned within 30 days of purchase. For other retail items, a refund will be issued as spa credit or back in the form of which payment was received within 30 days of purchase.
Payments are accepted via cash, most major credit cards, and Woodhouse Spa gift cards. Gift cards hold a stored value redeemable for products and services at face value but may not be used to purchase other gift cards. The card must be presented at purchase, and the available balance will be applied. Prices vary by location and may change without notice. Each spa is an independently owned franchise and is solely responsible for gift card liabilities at its location. Gift card redemption is subject to location- or state-specific restrictions and expirations. Gift cards are non-refundable, not redeemable for cash, non-transferable, and any unused balance will remain on the card. Woodhouse is not responsible for lost, stolen, damaged, or unauthorized use of gift cards, and no warranties apply. Service series are non-refundable but may be converted to spa credit. As a courtesy, you will receive a confirmation of your reservation prior to your arrival. Should the need arise to cancel or reschedule reservations, a 24-hour advance notice is required. A 48-hour advance notice is required for any spa packages and multiple treatments lasting more than 2 hours. Insufficient notice to cancel or reschedule reservations are subject to charges up to full service value. All no show reservations will be assessed a charge at full value of services. Spa Parties are subject to terms of agreement for cancellations.
To begin your spa journey in a relaxed state, please arrive 15 minutes prior to your appointment. New guests should allow 30 minutes to complete a guest profile. Spa robes, sandals, and locker room facilities are provided for your comfort. Amenities include access to the Quiet Room, fruit infused water, tea, coffee, and snacks throughout your visit. Delayed arrival will limit the time for your experience, reducing the effectiveness of your treatment. Out of consideration for other guests, service time will not be extended for late arrivals, and the full price of your service will be charged. Please notify our staff of any special physical or medical needs prior to your services (i.e. pregnancy, food or product sensitivities, or medications). We recommend leaving valuable items at home, as Woodhouse is not responsible for lost or stolen items. All guests entering Treatment Rooms, Quiet Rooms, and/or Locker Rooms must be scheduled to receive a treatment.
To ensure your preferred appointment time, it is recommended you schedule your spa experience with as much advance notice as possible or at the conclusion of your last experience. Our professional staff allocates time especially for each guest, therefore, a credit card is requested to guarantee these reservations. All spa experiences are subject to availability. Menu service and prices are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone. Minors (under the age of 18) may only receive Woodhouse Spa services following written parental/legal guardian consent (via signature on the Spa Intake form).Minors under the age of 18 must have a parent/legal guardian in the treatment room during the entirety of the performed service(s) and must be accompanied by a parent/legal guardian in all areas of the spa, including but not limited to the Locker Room, Quiet Room, and Retail/Lobby area.Woodhouse Spa reserves the right to limit and/or prohibit services for minor guests. Woodhouse Spas will not perform the following for guests under the age of eighteen:• Body & Bath Body treatments (Vichy and bath treatments, body scrubs, wraps)• Peel-based skincare services • Bikini or Brazilian waxes • Any packages that contain the above-mentioned prohibited serviceWoodhouse Spa does not offer massage services to women in the 1st trimester of pregnancy.
