View Open PositionsTo ensure your preferred appointment time, it is recommended that you schedule your spa experience with as much notice as possible or at the conclusion of your last experience. Our professional staff allocates time specifically for each guest; therefore, a credit card is required to guarantee a spa reservation, and a 25% deposit is due at the time of booking. All spa experiences are subject to availability. Menu services and prices are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone. Credit cards are required to reserve all appointments, including those using gift cards. We accept Visa, Mastercard, Discover, and American Express. Professional staff are Georgia-licensed Massage Therapists and Estheticians.
As a courtesy, you will receive a reservation confirmation prior to your arrival. Should the need arise to cancel or reschedule a single spa service lasting less than 2 hours, a 24-hour advance notice is required. A 48-hour advance notice is required for any spa packages and multiple treatments lasting more than 2 hours. Reservations canceled or rescheduled with sufficient notice will incur a charge equal to the full value of the services. Please keep in mind that when booking a reservation for someone other than yourself, you agree to be responsible for payment in the event of a cancellation or rescheduling without sufficient notice. The 25% deposit paid at the time of booking will be refunded only if a reservation is canceled with sufficient notice.
Woodhouse Spa Dunwoody provides spa services to guests aged 16 and older. No guests under 18 years old are permitted to receive any Massage, Body Treatment, or Bikini/Brazilian waxing services at the spa. Guests aged 16–17 may receive Facial Services only. A parent or legal guardian must sign a parental release and remain in the spa for the duration of the facial service.
Prenatal massage services are available beginning in the second trimester (13 weeks). Pregnant guests may receive facial services at any stage of pregnancy, but this may result in the elimination of specific products if contraindicated with pregnancy. Body Treatments and bath services are not available at any stage. For recent surgeries and medical procedures, we require a minimum post-procedure time of 6 weeks. Completion of an intake form prior to your visit is required to review for potential contraindications within your scheduled spa treatment.
The City of Dunwoody does not permit alcohol to be served, purchased in, or present within any facility that performs massage therapy. Therefore, our team does not include alcoholic beverages within its amenity offerings and cannot permit the presence of any alcohol, including for special and private events. Therefore, should a guest bring alcohol into the spa, Woodhouse Spa - Dunwoody reserves the right to refuse service with full service charge applied should a guest not comply with this ordinance.
To help you begin your spa experience feeling relaxed, we ask that you arrive 15 minutes prior to your scheduled appointment. New guests are encouraged to arrive 30 minutes early to allow time for guest profile completion. Spa robes, slippers, private lockers, and beverages are provided for your comfort. Late arrivals may shorten your service time, which can affect the overall experience. To remain considerate of other guests, service times will not be extended, and the full service price will apply. Woodhouse Spa is located at Perimeter Mall with an exterior entrance between Dillard’s and Von Maur, next to Sephora. Please notify our team in advance of any medical conditions or special needs, including pregnancy, sensitivities, or medications. We recommend leaving valuables at home, as Woodhouse Spa is not responsible for lost or stolen items.
We accept cash, most major credit cards, and Woodhouse Spa gift cards. Gift cards may be used at face value for products and services and cannot be used to purchase other gift cards. Cards must be presented at the time of purchase, and any unused balance will remain on the card. Prices vary by location and are subject to change without notice. Each spa location is independently owned and solely responsible for its gift card liabilities, restrictions, and expirations in accordance with state regulations. Gift cards are nonrefundable, nontransferable, and may not be redeemed for cash. Woodhouse Spa is not responsible for lost, stolen, damaged, or unauthorized use of gift cards. Series of services are nonrefundable but may be converted to spa credit. A $50 fee applies to returned checks, plus any associated collection costs. Gratuities are not included in service pricing and are left to the discretion of the guest.
In the event you are not satisfied with a skin or body care product, you will be given spa credit if the product is returned within 30 days of purchase. For other retail items, a refund will be issued as spa credit or back in the form of which payment was received within 30 days of purchase.
