Therefore, our team does not include alcoholic beverages within its amenity offerings and cannot permit the presence of any alcohol, including for special and private events. Therefore, should a guest bring alcohol into the spa, Woodhouse Spa - Peachtree City reserves the right to refuse service with full service charge applied should a guest not comply with this ordinance.
As a courtesy, you will receive a confirmation of your reservation prior to your arrival. Should the need arise to cancel or reschedule a single spa service lasting less than 2 hours, a 24-hour advance notice is required. A 48-hour advance notice is required for any spa packages and multiple treatments lasting more than 2 hours. Reservations that are cancelled or rescheduled without sufficient notice will be subject to a charge of the full value of services. Please keep in mind when booking a reservation for someone other than yourself, that you are agreeing to be responsible for payment in the event of a cancellation or reschedule where sufficient notice is not provided. Spa Parties are subject to terms of agreement for cancellations. The 25% deposit fee that is paid at the time of booking may be refunded only when a reservation is cancelled with sufficient notice.
Prenatal massage services are available beginning in the second trimester (13 weeks). Pregnant guests may receive facial services at any stage of pregnancy, but this may result in the elimination of specific products if contraindicated with pregnancy. Body Treatments and bath services are not available at any stage. For recent surgeries and medical procedures, we require a minimum post-procedure time of 6 weeks. Completion of an intake form prior to your visit is required to review for potential contraindications within your scheduled spa treatment.
Woodhouse Spa Dunwoody provides spa services to guests aged 16 and older. No guests under 18 years old are permitted to receive any Massage, Body Treatment, or Bikini/Brazilian waxing services at the spa. Guests aged 16–17 may receive Facial Services only. A parent or legal guardian must sign a parental release and remain in the spa for the duration of the facial service.
In the event you are not satisfied with a skin or body care product, you will be given spa credit if the product is returned within 30 days of purchase. For other retail items, a refund will be issued as spa credit or back in the form of which payment was received within 30 days of purchase.
To begin your spa journey in a relaxed state, we ask that you arrive 15 minutes prior to your scheduled appointment time. For a new guest, please allow 30 minutes to accommodate completion of your guest profile. Spa robes, slippers, private lockers and beverages are provided for your comfort. Delayed arrival will limit the time for your experience, reducing the effectiveness of your treatment and the expectations of your visit. In consideration of other spa guests, service time will not be extended for delayed arrivals, and the full price of your service will be charged. Please notify our staff if there are any special physical or medical needs or conditions they need to consider prior to your services (i.e. pregnancy, food or product sensitivities or aggressive medications). We recommend that valuable items be left at home. Woodhouse is not responsible for lost or stolen items.

Payments are accepted via cash, most major credit cards, and Woodhouse Spa gift cards. Gift cards hold a stored value redeemable for products and services at face value but may not be used to purchase other gift cards. The card must be presented at purchase, and the available balance will be applied. Prices vary by location and may change without notice. Each spa is an independently owned franchise and is solely responsible for gift card liabilities at its location. Gift card redemption is subject to location- or state-specific restrictions and expirations. Gift cards are non-refundable, not redeemable for cash, non-transferable, and any unused balance will remain on the card. Woodhouse is not responsible for lost, stolen, damaged, or unauthorized use of gift cards, and no warranties apply. Service series are non-refundable but may be converted to spa credit. A $50 fee applies to returned checks, plus any collection costs. Gratuities are not included and are at the guest’s discretion.
To ensure your preferred appointment time, it is recommended you schedule your spa experience with as much advance notice as possible or at the conclusion of your last experience. Our professional staff allocates time especially for each guest, therefore, a credit card is requested to guarantee these reservations. All spa experiences are subject to availability. Menu service and prices are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone. Credit cards are required to reserve all appointments, including those using gift cards. We accept Visa, Mastercard, Discover and American Express.
We have age restrictions for some services and anyone under the age of 18 will require parental release before the services can be rendered. Please give us a call for age requirements. So that all guests may experience a pleasant and peaceful environment, we ask that only those receiving services accompany you to the spa.
