Woodhouse Spa does not serve guests under 15 and reserves the right to limit services for underage guests. Children are permitted in the spa where applicable. Massage services require guests to be 18+. Guests 15+ may receive a duet massage when booked with a parent or guardian; advance notice required. Body treatments and waxing require guests to be 18+. Facials may be booked independently for guests 18+; guests 15+ may receive a facial with a parent or guardian present at the spa. Nail services are available to guests 15+ independently, guests 12+ with a parent or guardian present at the spa, and guests under 12 with a parent or guardian present in the service room. Only guests receiving services may access locker rooms and relaxation areas. Guests under 21 may not access the mimosa bar. Outside food or beverages are not permitted.
Payments are accepted via cash, most major credit cards, and Woodhouse Spa gift cards. Gift cards hold a stored value redeemable for products and services at face value but may not be used to purchase other gift cards. The card must be presented at purchase, and the available balance will be applied. Prices vary by location and may change without notice. Each spa is an independently owned franchise and is solely responsible for gift card liabilities at its location. Gift card redemption is subject to location- or state-specific restrictions and expirations. Gift cards are non-refundable, not redeemable for cash, non-transferable, and any unused balance will remain on the card. Woodhouse is not responsible for lost, stolen, damaged, or unauthorized use of gift cards, and no warranties apply. Service series are non-refundable but may be converted to spa credit. A $50 fee applies to returned checks, plus any collection costs. Gratuities are not included and are at the guest’s discretion.
To begin your spa journey in a relaxed state, we ask that you arrive 30 minutes prior to your scheduled appointment time. For a new guest, please allow 30 minutes to accommodate completion of your guest profile. Spa robes, slippers, private lockers and beverages are provided for your comfort. Delayed arrival will limit the time for your experience, reducing the effectiveness of your treatment and the expectations of your visit. In consideration of other spa guests, service time will not be extended for delayed arrivals, and the full price of your service will be charged. Please notify our staff if there are any special physical or medical needs or conditions they need to consider prior to your services (i.e. pregnancy, food or product sensitivities or aggressive medications). We recommend that valuable items be left at home. Woodhouse is not responsible for lost or stolen items.
Couples Retreats cannot be booked online at this time. Instead, please call us at (864) 900-0087.
As a courtesy, you will receive a confirmation of your reservation prior to your arrival. Should the need arise to cancel or reschedule reservations, a 24-hour advance notice is required. A 48-hour advance notice is required for any spa packages and multiple treatments lasting more than 2 hours. Insufficient notice to cancel or reschedule reservations are subject to charges up to full service value. All no show reservations will be assessed a charge at full value of services plus gratuity. Spa Parties are subject to terms of agreement for cancellations.
Any unused merchandise, clothing or products purchased in the boutique may be returned for store credit within 30-days of purchase. Products exceeding 30-days of purchase are not eligible for return or exchange. *Greenville location only
