To ensure your preferred appointment time, it is recommended you schedule your spa experience with as much advance notice as possible or at the conclusion of your last experience. Our professional staff allocates time especially for each guest, therefore, a credit card is required to reserve all appointments, including those using gift cards. All spa experiences are subject to availability. Menu service and prices are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone. We accept Visa, Mastercard, Discover and American Express.
If you are a New Guest to our location, we request that you arrive 30 minutes prior to your scheduled reservation time so that you have ample time to get checked in, changed into your spa robe and sandals and fill out any first time paperwork. If you are a Returning Guest to our location, we request that you arrive 15 minutes prior to your scheduled reservation time so that you have time to check in, change into your spa robe and sandals and have some time to relax prior to your service.
* Any/all cancellations or changes to reservations be made following the outline below. Failure to follow the Cancellation Policy, will result in a 50% charge of any/all service(s) to your credit card on file. *1 Service = 24 Hours in advance of reservation time *2 Services = 48 Hours in advance of first reservation time *3 Services = 72 Hours in advance of first reservation time *4 Services = 96 Hours in advance of first reservation time * Same Day Cancellations will result in a 50% charge of any/all service(s) to your credit card on file. *No-Show reservations will result in a 100% charge of any/all service(s) to your credit card on file. * Spa Parties are subject to the terms and conditions of the specific agreement. * If you are the primary contact for multiple guests and booked online or by phone, you will be responsible for all cancellations and charges unless each guest provides their personal credit card information directly to the spa. We would suggest each guest have their own individual credit card attached to their profile and services.
We accept guests of all ages, however, some services may require parental release before the services can be rendered. So that all guests may experience a pleasant and peaceful environment, we ask that only those receiving services accompany you to the spa. We follow the below age requirement guidelines for our minor guests *Under 13 Years Old = Parent and/or Guardian over the Age of 18 Must be Present in the Treatment Room, Complete and Sign the Intake Form *13 to 15 Years Old = Parent and/or Guardian over the Age of 18 Must be Present on Spa Premises, Complete and Sign the Intake Form *16 to 17 Years Old = Parent and/or Guardian over the Age of 18 Must Complete and Sign the Intake Form
Payments are accepted in the form of Cash, Major Credit Cards, Traveler Checks, and Woodhouse Spa Gift Cards. Unfortunately, personal checks are not accepted. Woodhouse Gift Cards contains value which may be used to purchase products and services at face value. This card cannot be used to purchase other gift cards or spa series. The card must be presented at time of purchase and the available balance will be applied to the transaction. Prices vary by spa and are subject to change without notice. Spa locations are individually owned franchises solely responsible for any and all gift card liabilities at their respective locations. Redemption of this card is subject to certain restrictions and expirations set by each spa location or state regulation. Should this card be redeemed at another location, the card will be redeemed at face value. This card is non-refundable and may not be redeemed for cash. Any unused balance will remain on the card. This card is not transferable and Woodhouse is not responsible for any lost, stolen, damaged or unauthorized use of the card. No express or implied warranties apply. Series of services are not refundable, but can be converted to spa credit. Gratuities are not included in the value of the services and are at the discretion of the guest.
In the event you are not satisfied with a skin or body care product, you will be given spa credit if the product is returned within 30 days of purchase. For other retail items, a refund will be issued as spa credit or back in the form of which payment was received within 30 days of purchase.

Colleen and Walt, wife and husband, love to travel both domestically and internationally. "Whenever we need to travel whether it be for sports, business or leisure, we especially try to make sure that there is a spa on premises at the hotel or close-by for us to experience during our stay" says Walt. "As avid spa guests at various spas, you realize what your likes and dislikes are in each," Colleen and Walt share. "I have always wanted to open a day spa that takes all of the likes from our experiences and have a place where guests can visit, relax, rejuvenate, take time for themselves, enjoy and be in a stress-free zone" says Colleen. Walter and Colleen reside in Haymarket, Virginia about 10 minutes from their Gainesville Woodhouse location. Walt has one daughter, Allison, and Colleen has two sons, Daniel and Gregory.
